Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or fax.
- Cancellations submitted more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date entitle the tenant to a refund of payments made, less an administration fee of 10% of the total amount.
- Cancellations submitted between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will entitle the renter to a refund of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will not result in a refund of payments made.
- If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking after check-in, no refund will be made.
- In the event of an early departure of the tenant, there will be no refund for the unused days.
- If the finca is not available due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, both parties have the right to cancel the contract. In such a case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
