Description
As soon as you enter the property, you will find yourself under a beautiful fig tree that, depending on the season, presents you with fresh fruit every day. Another garden highlight is the huge bonsai olive tree with a span of more than 7 m.
In the garden in front of the house you will also find a sun terrace with a parasol, as well as a spacious terrace with a dining room table and a Napoleon gas grill, where you can, for example, prepare freshly caught fish from the port in L’Ampolla, 5 minutes away.
Behind the house is the 20 m2 pool, with a sheltered outdoor shower. You’ll love it and probably never forget looking at the stars while showering. Directly by the pool there is also a lounge area with a couch and additional loungers, as well as a terrace cover with another dining room table.
You enter the house via another terrace with seating. The perfect place for your morning coffee at sunrise. The entire house was renovated and completely refurnished in 2022.
When you enter the house, you find yourself directly in the cozy and lovingly furnished living room. The adjacent dining room table offers space for 6 people. The kitchen with counter is openly integrated into the living concept. We promise, you’ll feel like you’re at home with friends. You won’t miss anything in the kitchen with natural stone worktops. You can find further details in the equipment details section: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, juicer, hand blender and a refrigerator are just some of the utensils.

Location
Our finca is located in an idyllic coastal town called Perelló-Mar on the beautiful Costa Dorada in Catalonia. Perelló-Mar is a hidden gem and the perfect place for a relaxing and authentic holiday in Spain.
The town is known for its unspoilt beaches lapped by crystal-clear waters, making it ideal for relaxing hours by the sea.
The 17-kilometre GR 92 long-distance hiking trail from L’Ampolla towards L’Ametlla de Mar runs right by the beach. On this excursion, you walk exclusively along the sea on former patrol paths, which until recently were used by the former customs and border guards as they searched the coast for smugglers, and is just the right hike to enjoy the sea in a different way. Rocky stretches alternate with small bays with pebble beaches, where the pebbles carried away by floods create a captivating colour scheme. The palette ranges from the golden yellow and ochre-coloured edges to the reddish hues of the cliffs, which contrast with the green pine forests and the intense blue of the sea.
Perelló-Mar is a paradise for nature lovers. In the surroundings of our finca you will find picturesque landscapes with olive and citrus trees as well as rice fields. Nature invites you to take long walks and cycle tours, where you can discover the unique flora and fauna of the region.
For culinary discoveries and just a 5-minute drive away, you will find a wide selection of restaurants and bars serving fresh seafood, traditional Spanish tapas and Catalan specialities in the harbour town of L’Ampolla.
From there, you can also book a boat trip to Miradorbadia. The restaurant is located in the sea and can only be reached by boat. Oysters and mussels are farmed there. Nowhere else can you enjoy these specialities fresher. Our tip. ‘Una botella de vino blanco del war’. A bottle of white wine, which is stored directly in the sea next to the oysters. The bottle with shells is also an absolute eye-catcher and a great holiday souvenir to take home.

The former second capital of the Roman Empire, Tarragona, with its fascinating old town and many perfectly preserved buildings and an amphitheatre from antiquity, is just a 35-minute drive away. There are also more than 300 restaurants, a beautiful sandy city beach and a spectacular harbour for mega yachts. And all within walking distance. Barcelona is around 80 minutes away by car and Valencia is around 100 minutes away by car. And even Madrid can be reached by fast train from Tarragona in just 2 hours. There is not really much to add to these cosmopolitan cities. It’s not for nothing that Barcelona and Madrid are among the top 10 most popular cities in the world.
