Frequently asked Questions
We have answered a few questions for you in advance to give you a better overview. If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Send us a request for your vacation using our reservation request tool. You can find our tool here.
After we have received your request, we will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.
You will then receive further information such as payment or check-in times.
After we have contacted you, we will give you the bank details where you can transfer the deposit.
You can then easily pay the deposit to us via bank transfer.
You can pay your bill with us on site after your holiday or immediately after confirmation by bank transfer.
We leave that entirely up to you.
We will give you the key to the finca on site. We will show you the finca and are available to answer your questions.
Afterwards we let you enjoy your well-deserved vacation.
Check-in times are from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Check-out times are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Unfortunately we cannot offer you a shuttle service. You can easily arrive from the airport by taxi or public transport.
If you would like to cancel the date of your trip, please write us an email. For technical reasons, we cannot change your travel date afterwards.
The cancellation fee corresponds to the deposit. It is non-refundable and only covers the costs associated with reserving the finca.
